Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner has applied to respondent No.2 for measurement of the land for issuing the self certificate on 02.04.2024. Since then, the auctioned land was not measured. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the office of respondent No.2 has orally communicated that their measurement application be considered when their turn would comes. The petitioner has applied for urgent measurement. We are not oblivious of the fact that large number of

951-WP.13598-24.odt applications are filed before respondent No.2 for measurement of the lands. Hence, perhaps they are taking the measurement as per sequence. We do not find the failure of respondent No.2 not in entertaining the application at the earliest. If the petitioner has any such urgency, he may apply for the most urgent measurement by depositing the necessary fees. 3.
