Learned Advocate for petitioner is absent. However, perusal of the petition would show that the petitioner seeks direction against respondent No. 3, Education Officer to decide the proposal sent by respondent Management.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. No necessity to issue notice to respondent Nos. 4 and 5. Upon instructions from respondent No. 3, learned AGP makes statement that said proposal would be decided within a period of eight weeks from today. We accept the said statement as undertaking and dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No. 3 to decide the proposal in respect of petitioner filed by respondent Nos. 4 and 5 within a period of eight weeks from today.
