It is submitted that the proposal for family pension of the petitioner is not yet forwarded by respondents no.2 to 4 to the Government.

Though respondents no.2 to 4 are served, none appears for respondents no.2 to 4.

Respondents no.2 to 4 shall process the family pension proposal on account of the service rendered by the petitioner's husband, who is dead, within three months and shall forward the same to the Government. After receipt of the proposal from

2 wp 14325.17 respondents no.2 to 4, the Government shall take decision upon it within three months from the date of receipt of the proposal. 4.

It is for the Government to consider the proposal on merits. 5.
