The petitioners seek directions for release of the salary grants of the petitioners from April 2017 onwards. It is submitted that, the salary bills are already submitted by respondents No.4 and 5 to respondent No.3. The learned A.G.P. submits that, the respondent No.3 has to forward it to respondent No.2. 2.

In case the salary bills are received by respondent No.3, then the respondent No.3 shall endorse his notings about the right of the petitioners or otherwise, and forward it to the respondent No.2. Upon receipt of the same, the respondent No.2 shall take decision upon it expeditiously. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
