In all these matters, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners are identically placed. They only desire that there pending proposals, which are set out in the Petitions paper book, for seeking approval, be decided by the Education Officer. Five out of seven proposals are forwarded in August, 2023 and two are old proposals.

In view of the above, these Petitions are disposed off. 3.

The Education Officer shall scrutinize each of the proposals strictly in accordance with law and the policies applicable and take a decision on each of the said proposals within a period of 120 days.

Needless to state, we have not expressed any opinion about the merits of the proposals and the Education Officer is at liberty to independently decide each of them.
