During the pendency of petition, it appears, according to the instructions of the counsel appearing for the parties, the Management has submitted proposal for grant of trained graduate pay-scale to petitioner to the Education Officer. Having regard to the same, respondent-authorities may decide on the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of writ of this order.
