Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners. 2.

Learned Addl. Government Pleader invited our attention to the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of respondent No.1 Smt Manisha Mhaiskar, Principal Secretary to the Government of Maharashtra, Urban Development Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai. The document annexed to the affidavit-in-reply at Exhibit A shows that in view of the directions of this Court, order is passed on 8th November, 2016 and the State Government took a decision of giving priority to the petitioners and the

conp114.19 (2) similarly situated employees in the course of filling up the vacancies under National Urban Livelihood Mission. Learned A.G.P. also orally submitted that though in the affidavit-in-reply a statement is made that respondent No.1 is tendering unconditional apology for the hardship caused to this Court, respondent No.1 is specifically tendering apology even for the delay in the decision. The oral submission of the learned A.G.P. is accepted. 3.

In view of the fact that the order passed by this Court is complied with, the grievance of the petitioners no more survives. Accordingly the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
