This application is for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Premabai Kasliwal, original appellant No.3. She died on 17th June, 2018. Applicant Nos.3-A to 3-E are the only legal heirs, as per the heirship certificate issued by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Nandgaon, District Nashik. There is delay of 2216 days caused in filing this application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. Application is allowed. Applicant Nos.3-A to 3-E be shown as legal heirs of appellant No.3 in the appeal. Necessary amendment be carried out within four weeks from today.
