In view of the directions of this Court, the applicant Krishna in Criminal Revision Application No.237 of 2022 has deposited Rs.50,000/-. The applicants Neha and Rishika in Criminal Application No.3695 of 2022 are the wife and daughter of the present applicant Krishna. Since the liability is imposed upon him, the applicants in Criminal Application No.3695 of 2022 are entitled to withdraw the said amount. 2.

Hence, Criminal Application No.3695 of 2022 for withdrawal of amount is allowed.

The Registry is directed to release the amount of Rs.50,000/- in the name of applicant No.1 Neha for herself and for applicant No.2 Rishika.

Criminal Revision Application No.237 of 2022, stand over to 29.11.2022.
