This is an application for stay to the execution of the judgment and decree passed by the learned District Judge-4, Latur, in Regular Civil Appeal No.38 of 2013, on 30th June, 2016.

For the reasons stated in the order of admission, in my opinion, the application needs to be allowed and accordingly stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
