The learned counsel for the applicant, upon instructions from his client, submits that he wish to withdraw the present Revision Application. Permission granted. 2.
The present Revision Application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that in stead of filing Revision before the Sessions Court, inadvertently the Revision was filed before this Court.

In that view of the matter, if the applicant is filing the Revision before the Sessions Court and if the said Revision is accompanied along with the application for condonation of delay, it is expected from the learned Sessions Judge to decide
2 Cr. Revn. Apln. 254.2014 the said application for condonation of delay keeping in mind the pendency of the present Revision Application before this Court.
