The parties submits that the present petition can be disposed of with the direction to the Appellate Authority to decide the appeal pending before the respondent No.2 within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of the order. 3.

The parties agreed to maintain Status-quo over the property mentioned in paragraph No.3 of the present petition till the disposal of the main appeal pending before the Appellate Authority. Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
