Since the Applicants are apprehending arrest in Crime No.0644/2023 registered with CIDCO Police Station, Dist. Auangabad City for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 408, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, they have filed this Application for Anticipatory Bail.

The Investigating Officer along with the record is personally present in this Court. He instructs the learned APP that, since the Charge-sheet is filed, he does not require custody of the Applicants. The Report is also tendered on record for passing appropriate orders. The said Statement made by the Investigating Officer, by name, Kashinath Mahandule is taken on record.

In view of the above submission, the learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Application be disposed off. 4.
