By these two applications, the applicants pray for condonation of delay caused in filing the Civil Applications and also pray for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased

Our attention is invited to the order of this Court dated 21st October, 2016 in CA No.12284 of 2016, to submit that in similar circumstances, this Court was pleased to condone the delay and allowed the application to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased petitioner.

Considering the grounds raised in the applications and in the fact situation, we see no reason to take a different view than the view taken and accepted by this Court in the above referred order. As such, both these applications are allowed and disposed of as such.
