The learned Advocate for the Petitioners points out page No.22 of the petition paper book to contend that the said document is the assessment of the loan recovery from the Petitioners arrived at under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 on 18.08.2007. He then places on record the colour photostat copy of the communication dated 13.02.2019 received from Respondent No.1/ Financial Society, which indicates that the parties have settled the repayment amount and the said certificate indicates that the Petitioners have repaid the entire amount. The said document is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.
