Heard Mr. Kale, learned counsel for applicants, Mr. Morampalle, learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 and 2/State and Ms. Shrutika Deshpande, holding for Mr. Anand Chawre, learned counsel for respondent No.3/acquiring body.

In pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 3rd January, 2022, the learned counsel for applicants has filed supporting affidavit with documentary evidence showing correct name of applicant Nos.2 and 3. On going through the same, it is found that applicant Nos.2 and 3 are the same persons on the basis of their Adhar cards and affidavits. As such, there is no difficulty to allow this application. Hence, the following order is passed:

The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clauses 6(II) and (III).

The Registry is directed to to make payment after corrections in the name of applicant Nos.2 and 3 as per the procedure.
