Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner, the learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and learned advocate Mr Gujar for respondent No.4.

The petitioner has been anxious to get his Complaint Application seeking disqualification under the provisions of the

156.25wp (2) Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1959, lodged by him in the month of August 2024 to be decided.

On the last date, we had requested the learned A.G.P. to take instructions.

Learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the Complaint Application of the petitioner under Section 16 would be decided within a period of six weeks.
