Order :- 1.

This Court by order dated 27-10-2016 directed the Investigating Officer that in chase the charge-sheet is not yet filed, the same shall not be filed till the next date of hearing. However, learned APP for respondent - State and learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 jointly submit that charge-sheet had been filed even before this court passed the aforesaid order.

In that view of the matter, this application which takes exception only to FIR cannot be entertained, however, applicants cannot be left remedyless. In the light of above, application stands disposed with liberty to the applicants to file application for discharge before the concerned court, if they are so advised.
