This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent no. 4 - Sub-Divisional Officer, Shirdi, to take decision on the application tendered by the petitioner for return of landed property, in accordance with the law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from today, and it is accordingly directed. If the aforesaid land has not already been allotted in favour of any other individual and possession has not yet been delivered, same shall not be delivered until disposal of application tendered by the petitioner.
