This is an application for withdrawal of interest amount deposited by the respondents.

First Appeal No.712 of 2010 is dismissed by this Court on 10.04.2014. Therefore, there is no legal impediment for the applicants to withdraw the accrued interest amount on the fixed deposits.

Office has informed that at present interest of Rs.1,72,036/- is lying in the office, in the present matter.

Therefore, permission is granted to applicant No.1 Sangita Eknath Mogal to withdraw an amount of Rs.82,740/- on behalf of minor applicant Nos.3 and 4, for the medical treatment of applicant No.4 Sanjay.
