By the present application, the applicant seeks relaxation of condition imposed by this Court while ordering his release on bail. By the said order, inter alia, a condition was imposed on the applicant that he shall not enter territorial jurisdiction of Mantha Taluka, District Jalna, for a period of two years or till disposal of trial, whichever is earlier. 2.

As the applicant has produced on record the death certificate of his mother, the application stands allowed in terms of the order passed by this Court on 12th January, 2016. The order permitting his entry in territorial jurisdiction of Mantha Taluka, District Jalna, is continued for a period of seven weeks from today.
