01.10.2018 P.C. :- Ms.Talekar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondent No.5 was suspended on the ground that two criminal cases are pending against him. The suspension is still pending. However in less than 42 days the suspension order is revoked and the petitioner is reinstated.

Mr. Rane, learned counsel submits that respondent No.5 is acquitted in both the cases as referred to in the police report and the order of suspension.

In the light of that we need not discuss the arguments in details as canvassed by the learned counsel for the respective parties. The ground for suspension does not survive, as the respondent No.5 is acquitted in both the cases.

In view of that the petition is dismissed. No costs.
