It is submission of the Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the said proposal is not yet decided. In the circumstances, we direct respondent No.2 to decide the said proposal in accordance with relevant rules and procedure, as expeditiously as possible, if already not decided, however, within 12 weeks from today. Needless to observe that concerned authority is at liberty to give hearing to the concerned parties.
