It is an application for condonation of delay moved by the applicant.

Heard Mr. Sanjay Wakure, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Chate, learned AGP for respondent nos. 1 and 3. Respondent No.2 though duly served with notice, remained absent when matter is called out.

There seems to be delay of 127 days in preferring the appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay, more particularly in paragraph nos. 3 to 6 and in the interest of justice, delay needs to be condoned.

O R D E R

(i) The application for condonation of delay is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

(ii) Registry to make scrutiny of the appeal and register the same as per due procedure, and thereafter, it be placed before the concerned Court for admission.
