The petitioners filed an application U/s 32G of the Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act. The grievance of the petitioners is that the said application is not being attended to nor decided.

Learned A.G.P. submits that RCS No.456/2007 is pending before the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ahmednagar.

If there are no prohibitory order from any Court then there would be no impediment for the authority to take decision U/s 32G of the Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, in accordance with law and after hearing all parties concerned.

The Respondent-authority shall after confirming that there are no prohibitory orders from any Court, take decision upon the application filed by the petitioners on its own merits in accordance with law after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
