Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 497/2024 dated 4.6.2024 registered with Shevgaon Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under sections 307, 324, 326, 504, 506 of I.P.C.

This Court by order dated 2.12.2024 has granted interim protection to the applicants for the reasons mentioned in para three of the order. As per the medical report, it appears that applicants themselves have sustained grievous injuries in the incident and the persons from rival group Mr. Dilip Deshmukh and Rushikesh Deshukh sustained simple injuries. 4.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have attended the concerned police station as directed by this Court vide order dated 2.12.2024 and are cooperating with the investigation. No grievance is raised in this regard.

Considering the above, the application is allowed and the interim

ABA 1734/24 protection granted by this Court vide order dated 2.12.2024 is confirmed on the following terms :

i] The applicants shall attend the police station as and when required.

iii] The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. They shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iv] The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

In the event, the applicants violate any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 7.

It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

The application stands disposed of.
