ORDER

:- Seen the relief clause and the impugned order. The Special Land Acquisition Officer, Dhule has observed that as the appeal is filed, in respect of the compensation amount by the petitioner till the decision of the appeal, the application is filed under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, cannot be entertained. There is nothing wrong in this observation with the liberty to file fresh proceeding after decision of the appeal. The proceeding is disposed of.
