The petitioner's proposal has been pending with the respondent no. 2scrutiny committee for validation of the tribe certificate since 1.1.2020. 3.

The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the committee would decide the proposal within four weeks.

We accept the statement as an undertaking to the Court and dispose of the writ petition with that direction. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 22.10.2024, and the committee shall thereafter decide the proposal within four weeks.
