This application is filed for relaxation of condition of furnishing Bank guarantee for withdrawal of compensation amount imposed on applicant/claimant vide order dated 01.03.2018.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.

Applicant/claimant is permitted to withdraw 25% compensation amount along with proportionate accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security and balance 25% amount along with proportionate accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
