Applicant is involved in Crime No. 155/2015 registered at Chopada [City] police station, district Jalgaon for the offence u/s 3 punishable u/s 25 of the Arms Act, 1959.

The only allegation against applicant is that he was possessing pistol without licence.

Considering the nature of offence and severity of punishment applicant deserves his enlargement on bail. Hence, the following order. 6.

(i) Criminal Application No. 5844 of 2015 is allowed.

(ii) Applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. and S.B. of ` 10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand] each. (iii) He shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall make himself available as and when required by investigating agency.
