Tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee. It is submitted that result of the petitioner of final year examination is withheld.

The respondent Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 14th October, 2019. Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. However, respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not issue degree certificate to the petitioner unless and until the petitioner produces validity certificate.

The petitioner shall also not take further advantage of reservation without getting validity certificate.
