PER COURT :- 1) Heard. Shri Kulkarni, learned Counsel appearing Respondent No.4 - Petroleum company, informs that an amount of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees twenty five lakhs) has been deposited, as directed by this Court on 25th March, 2015. It is further informed that negotiations in respect of fixation of lease premium of the Government land are in progress and it would be responsibility of the petroleum company to deposit the lease premium as prescribed by the Government. 2) Since the petroleum company has undertaken the responsibility to deposit the amount of lease premium, in our opinion, the State Government shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner. On determination of the lease premium in furtherance of the on-going negotiations, the petroleum company shall deposit the amount, as undertaken, with the State Government, within a period of eight weeks from the date of demand by the State bdv

BENCH AT AURANGABAD (2) Government to the petroleum company. If at all, the lease premium prescribed by the State Government is not acceptable to the petroleum company, it would be open for Respondent No.4 - petroleum company, to avail of the statutory remedies available in law.
