This petition can be disposed of by permitting petitioner to tender representation / complaint to the Collector and by issuing further direction to the Collector to deal with such application and enquire into the matter, if necessary and take appropriate steps in accordance with law and, it is accordingly directed. If petitioner tenders representation / complaint within a period of six weeks from today, the Collector shall take appropriate steps as directed above, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the application. Writ petition stands disposed of.
