The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at present, there is a vacancy under Tuljapur block. In response to the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that the request of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with the procedure/policy applicable, as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, we direct respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider the request of the petitioner in case there is vacancy available in Tuljapur block, keeping in view

wp897-2015 the policy of the State Government under caption "couple convenience" and also in accordance with the other procedure/rules, as expeditiously as possible; however within a period of four weeks from today and communicate the decision so taken to the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of on above terms.
