The applicant/ petitioner prays for an out of turn final hearing in Writ Petition No.3985/2014. The issue is that an amount of Rs.1,03,003/- was deducted from his retiral benefits after conducting a full-fledged enquiry and after being found guilty of the misconduct. This Court had refused interim relief on 29.09.2015. Considering the pendency of the matters and the issue involved, this Civil Application cannot be entertained at this stage and stands rejected. The applicant/ petitioner is at liberty to renew his request in March, 2021.
