PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of in view of the affidavit in reply presented on behalf of the State Government. It is stated in para No.4 of the Affidavit in reply that the respondent No.4 State Election Commission shall declare the election in due course of time. It is further stated that no decision has been taken in respect of dissolution of the Grampanchayat by the State Government and that such powers are not vested with the Tahsildar.
