The petitioner in terms has accepted the directions given by the Sessions Court by order dated 26th March, 2015 and has furnished the bank guarantee. The grievance of the petitioner is that because of delay in completion of the trial, the petitioner is required to renew the bank guarantee and to pay substantial amount for that.

Considering the facts of the case and grievance of the petitioner, following order is passed :- (a) The amount of Rs. 5,76,000/- lying in deposit with the Corporation Bank and against which the petitioner has furnished bank guarantee as per order passed by Sessions Court on 26th March 2015, shall be deposited by the Corporation Bank in the Court of Judicial Magistrate (F.C.), Jalgaon, within one month.
(b) This amount which will be deposited by the Corporation Bank shall be kept in fixed deposit in a nationalized bank until the Regular Criminal Case No. 381/2014 is disposed by the learned Magistrate. (c) Orders regarding disbursement of the amount shall be passed by the learned Magistrate after disposal of
