The petitioners are claiming wages in accordance with the pay scale applicable. The petitioners had approached the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal by filing Original Application No. 416 of 2017. The Tribunal did not entertain the original application on the ground that, there is no decision as yet. The representation of the petitioners dated 12.04.2017 is pending with the respondent No. 3.

Considering the fact that, there is no final order passed either by the Tribunal or by the authority and the representation is still pending, we pass following order.

The respondents shall decide the representation dated 12.04.2017 filed by petitioners expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.
