DATE : 13-12-2022 P.C. :- In a disposed of civil writ petition whereby the petitioners were allowed to apply for joint measurement, the civil application has been filed complaining that in spite of their request pursuant to the liberty granted by the Court measurement is not being conducted. 2.

The learned AGP on written instructions from the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Jamkhed submits that on 12.12.2022 he has informed the petitioners soliciting certain documents to enable him to undertake the measurement.

We dispose of the civil application by directing the petitioners to comply with this requisition and thereafter the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records shall undertake the measurement.
