Pursuant to the directions of this Court dated 9th October, 2025, Respondent No.3 is present in the Court. She has produced copy of the order dated 3rd November, 2025 by which the Petitioner is appointed on the post of Peon, in the pay scale of Rs.15,000 - 47600/-, on probation for 6 months' period, on certain terms and conditions. She, therefore, contends that the order of this Court is complied with. Copy of the order dated 3rd November, 2025 is marked "X" for identification. 2.

Learned Advocate for Respondent No.3 submits that this
