Leave granted to correct title clause. Correction to be carried out forthwith.

Learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, states that petitioner has given up her claim for issuing certificate of belonging to Koli Mahadev Scheduled Tribe and has submitted application for scrutiny of her claim of belonging to the Koli Special Backward Category and same is pending before respondent No.3 - Divisional Caste Scrutiny Committee, Amravati. He further points out that petitioner's services have been protected under the interim relief in present petition.

Having regard to aforesaid, we deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.3 - Divisional Caste Scrutiny Committee,

904-WP-9638-13.odt Amravati to decide on the claim of petitioner as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of this order. Till the decision of the scrutiny committee, interim relief to continue. 4.

Petitioner to approach Divisional Caste Scrutiny Committee, Amravati on 04-03-2020.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
