Present civil application is moved by the applicants-original petitioners for restoration of Writ Petition No.8905 of 2014 and for condonation of delay.

Since the prayer is not opposed for condonation of delay, same stands allowed.

As the petition is restored, it will be appropriate to issue notice to the respondents, returnable in 12 weeks. In addition to court process, respondents be served through R.P.A.D. 7.
