This application is in disposed of first appeal for permission to withdraw the amount by legal heirs of original claimant No. 1/Latifabee Abdul Raheman.

Applicant Nos. 1A to 1C themselves are claimants as well as heirs of claimant No. 1/Latifabee in the original proceedings. They are substituting deceased Latifabee as she died on 08.05.2023. They are entitled to receive the amount as per the compromise as well as as per order passed by this Court on 22.11.2019 in Civil Application No. 11554 of 2019.
