By this application, the applicant submits that the writ petition, which was on a stamp number, was refused registration by the order of the learned Registrar on account of non-removal of office objections.

The learned AGP submits that the petition was at a preregistration stage. 3.

Considering the above, this civil application is allowed on the following conditions :- khs/Dec.2019/12073-d

- 2 - [a] The petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.200/- with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, in cash on or before 20/12/2019.

[b] All office objections in the writ petition shall be removed on or before 20/12/2019.

[c] Pursuant to the above, the writ petition shall be registered and shall be listed in the "Urgent Admissions Category" on 06/01/2020. ( Ravindra V.Ghuge, J.) khs/Dec.2019/12073-d
