This petition takes exception to the order dated 10.11.2021 passed by the Sessions Judge, Nanded in OMCA No.52 of 2021.

The petitioner, who is complainant in RCC No.6 of 2014 and accused in RCC No.55 of 2014 pending on the file of the JMFC at Umari, had filed an application for transfer of the said cases to any other Court of Judicial Magistrate. The learned Sessions Judge rejected the said application by the order impugned.

I have heard the learned Counsel for the

( 2 ) crwp1384.21 petitioner and learned APP for the respondent/State. 04.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Presiding Officer of the concerned Court is bias. It is submitted that the petitioner therefore apprehends that he will not get justice from the Court concerned. It is submitted that even local Bar Association has passed the resolution against the concerned Presiding Officer. It is submitted that considering these facts and circumstances, the learned Sessions Judge ought to have transferred the matters to other Court.

It appears that the matters in question are part-heard. The grounds mentioned in the application are not sufficient to transfer the part-heard matters. 06.

The petition is dismissed.
