This is an application for condonation of delay in filing appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act. The applicants-State and its authorities have explained the delay caused in filing of appeal. Learned AGP argued that as conscious decision was required to be taken at different levels, the delay is occasioned. 3.
