Both these applications have been filed to bring the legal representatives of deceased respondents No.5 and 3 on record. There is delay of about 175 days and 130 days respectively in bringing the legal representatives of those deceased respondents. Learned

CA 2697-2018 & 2698-2018 advocate for the proposed legal representatives has no objection to bring those legal representatives on record.

It will not be out of place to mention here that, in another second appeal which has been filed by the present respondents, the legal representatives of present respondents No.5 and 3 have been already brought on record.
