Heard learned counsel for the applicant and respondents No. 2 and 3.

Present application is filed seeking permission to adduce additional evidence. First Appeal has already been filed against Judgment and Award passed by learned Tribunal, M.A.C.T., Aurangabad, which is subject matter of the appeal. 4.

Considering the nature of subject matter, present application will be considered at the time of final hearing of the appeal. In case, this Court finds it justifiable to allow the applicants-appellants to adduce evidence and furnished the same in this matter and appropriate order would be passed after appreciation of the entire circumstances on record.
