In view of the submission made on behalf of learned Counsel appearing for the appellant and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents that the appellants and the respondents are ready to proceed with the Regular Civil Appeal pending before the first appellate Court and are also ready to maintain the status quo as on today during pendency of the said appeal, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the present appeal with following directions:

ORDER

The first appellate Court shall hear and decide Regular Civil Appeal No.148/2012 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the period of six months from the date of receipt of writ from this Court.
