The petitioner challenges the notice issued by the Latur Municipal Corporation.

The learned counsel submits that the construction of the petitioner exists since the year - 1959. The petitioner after receipt of the notice has given the detailed reply. The

Mr. N. P. Patil Jamalpurkar, learned Advocate for respondent nos. 1 and 2 supports the notice. 4.

The notice appears to be as vague as it could be. The reply has to be given to the Corporation. 5.

The Corporation shall consider the reply filed by the petitioner and thereafter shall issue appropriate notice to the petitioner. The petitioner may produce additional documents before the Corporation.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
